12.26.16 - My first smoke ever. My brother popeye402 got me a webergrills Smokey mountain for Christmas. I took a rack of lamb and threw it on at 225 for about an hour and a half. Looking back: the smoke wasn’t clean, I had no idea what I was doing and I don’t even think I let it rest before I sliced it. Despite that, I remember it being damn delicious. So delicious it started my obsession, which has led me down the road I’m on now. More importantly, it introduced me to the bbq/food community and for that, I’m forever thankful 💯🙏🏾 you are all amazing.
