Just a dog trying to get a bone 💯🔥 Fired up the landmann_usa Vinson 300 today. First time cooking on a stick burner. Lots of work and I got a lot to learn but damn was it fun and rewarding. Incredible flavor and gorgeous color. Could have used another 20 mins but that’s an easy fix. Overall I’m super happy with the first cook! Rubbed with gustusvitae _ivan_323 “Baja prime cut” and smoked with kingsford applewood logs.
