Sesame 👌🏾dill and garlic 🧄 salt 🧂 First time ever making bagels and these sourdough bagels were smackin! Legit the best tasting and textured bagels I’ve ever had. However, I gotta be real.... I baked them in wax paper and I shouldn’t have as the paper stuck to the bottom on some of them. Easy fix. Won’t do that again.
