Mother’s Day dinner done right 👌🏾 Surf 🌊 and turf 🌱 Rack of lamb, scallops, pea purée and crispy roasted potatoes. The lamb was seasoned with gustusvitae chucksflavortrain “TTOO” part 2. The pea purée was seasoned with gustusvitae lavender rosemary sea salt and the potatoes were hit with California Cajun. Potatoes were thrown into my stargazercastiron and then onto the Traeger. The lamb was cooked hot and fast on the Traeger as well!
