Loafy Gang 👌🏾 . This right here to me is damn near perfect. A little dark on the bottom but rosehillsourdough gave me tips on how to fix that 🙏🏾 This was a pure levain loaf as that’s the only way I do it 🙌🏾 No commercial yeast added. Used gustusvitae CA sea salt. I started the process at 8am and at 8pm last night wifey and I had a few slices for dessert 🔥 Pillowy pockets, a gorgeous crumb and incredibly fluffy bread with a medium crust. Sprinkled the top with sesame seeds (thanks for the inspo constantcarnivore ) and a little freshly cracked sea salt as well. . For those asking on my process, I plan on doing two more loaves Saturday, as practice 🥶 and hopefully I’ll have my recipe to share Sunday which is basically a dumbed down and combined version of rosehillsourdough recipe and joshuaweissman recipe. .
