Last nights dinner didn’t suck 🔥🔥🔥 Took a porterroad NY strip roast... rubbed it in gustusvitae thebutcherscleaver “butchers blend” seasoning and then seared the fat cap in my madein roasting pan. I then put it on the roasting rack and into the oven with onion, garlic and rosemary. Cooked at 350 for just over an hour. Let rest for 40 mins while I made my aus jus and creamy mash 👌🏾 the result was fuckin mind blowing!
