Lemon shio 🦐 ramen 🔥🔥 every part of the soup minus the noodles was made from scratch. Traditional Japanese chicken soup base, shio tare, scallion aroma oil, shrimp aroma oil, seasoned ramen eggs and some butter seared shrimp!! Zested some fresh lemon into the bottom of the bowl as well.
