Tonkotsu ramen. Basic AF but the flavor was definitely there. Made the broth from rib tips, pork butt trimmings etc. Definitely missed some fatback but like I said it was still a decent bowl. Served it with some chashu pork tenderloin as my Local Asian market was as out of belly. Really enjoyed it actually. Topped it off with some scallion and garlic oil.
