Happy Friday night y’all! Can’t stop wishing I was back up belcampomeatco farms in Shasta. It was an epic experience that I hope to be able to share with some of you in 2019. What I’m doing here is creating wood coals for my fire. You burn big logs in the fire basket and hit them, which causes little coals to fall below. You then move them over under your grill grates to make your bbq. And the fire was started with tree sap as fuel. Crazy fun learning to do this!
