Rubbed this ribeye with code3spices garlic grunt and misrubinsseasonings black magic. Smoked it on my traegergrills and then the reverse.sear on my lodgecastiron Ill be honest and say I served it before my polenta was set but the flavor... good god the flavor. And seriously look at muddafuggin steak!!!!
