This past week, we’ve been celebrating black women in hockey. The Black Girl Hockey Club took over Toronto this April hosting events over the past few days to celebrate and build the black women in hockey community. The takeover concluded with an All-Black Female hockey panel featuring some of the biggest women in hockey with Dayton O’Donoghue, Shireen Ahmed, Raegan Subban, Saroya Tinker, R. Renee Hess, and Sarah Nurse.
