Once upon a time I dressed up like 🌸🌼Frida to attend a Dia de los Muertos Festival at the denverbotanic gardens. When my hubby saw me dressed like this he said, “Are you really going to wear that? What if no one else is dressed up?!” I acted all confident and acted like I was all secure, but was nervous the entire drive there. I was scouting the parking lot and no one was dressed up. We were in line and still no one was dressed. I was getting compliments while in line and figured, oh well what can I do? Then finally we walked in and alleluia there were so many people who were all festive and had full on 💀catrina makeup and other women were dressed like Frida. It was a fabulous day!! Then we went to a Mexican restaurant for dinner and I was feeling fabulous until someone stopped me to order a drink. LOL 🤣 Happy 111th birthday Frida!! “At the end of the day, we can endure much more than we think we can.” ~Frida Kahlo
