Every time I hear the word “Albondigas” I picture Salma Hayek saying it. Did you ever watch the movie “Fools Rush In”? There is a scene where Salma is sitting near the Hoover Dam with her co-star (Matthew Perry) and they are talking about their different cultures, and she mentioned how her grandmother made the best Albondigas soup.
