Happy Friday!! This is the drink I saw my Tio make after too many drinks the night before. This drink is super refreshing and perfect to kick off Hispanic Heritage Month. It's called a Chavela and is a twist on a michelada, but simpler made with only tomato juice, Tabasco, beer, and ice, with a Tajin seasoned rim. Drink it on its own, or try it with a shot of tequila for a real kick. Salud!
