Did you know that you can freeze pieces of fruit so they stay loose when you put them into freezer bags? Just cut your fruit and lay the pieces on a parchment lined cookie sheet. Place the sheet in freezer and once frozen, you can place the fruit into freezer bags. This way it will be easier to measure out amounts you need for recipes. #melissasproduce
