Covaleski credits the rich culture of the vibrant community around Tyler School of Art for his interest in creating Victory Brewing Company. After brewing studies in Germany, he felt compelled to bring ideas for fresh, traditionally produced beers to the community and fellow owls he knew would appreciate them. This concept helped him become a pioneer in the small-scale brewery forefront in Philadelphia and beyond. Today, Victory is a part of our cultural history and many memories made on our favorite nights.
