In 1994, Weldon saw the lights… literally, along the sound system and the DJ booth that helped turn a normal event venue into something more meaningful. This inspired Weldon to get into the entertainment industry, and he created his award-winning AV Event Company, Synergetic, in his parent’s garage while still attending Temple University.
