The fight for gender pay parity isn't new, but paritynow is tackling the issue in sports in a refreshing way. I'm now part of a movement that not only tunes in to my interests and passions, but also celebrates (and pays) me for it! I'm excited about Parity because I want to be a role model and an inspiration to girls all around the world who want to live out their dreams both on and off the basketball court.
