People ask me “Why do you like working out so much” “What motivates you” “What keeps you going” The answer is, every time I put my headphones on my vision becomes clear cut for me. No matter my mood. No matter how tired my body is. No matter how bad my mind is trying to defeat me. I always tell my clients “find your why” and on the days you don’t want to show up, you think about that why and drop your excuses at the door. My vision is my WHY. Every set and rep I know I’m one step closer to my vision. One step closer to the healthiest version of myself. You simply have to adopt a mindset that there’s no other option. You just DO it because you WANT it and HAVE to get there- no matter what it takes. Not next month, not next year, NOW.
