What do you want to accomplish this year??
I challenge you to write down 3 goals you want to accomplish in 6 months & 2 goals you want to accomplish for the year.
Write them down, evaluate what you can do to make them happen & get after it. Check in on your goals daily, weekly, and monthly. Look for areas you can improve to accomplish your goals.
Any one can say they want to lose weight or build up areas of their bodies, but are you really doing what it takes??
It’s not going to happen over night. It takes time, consistency and discipline. Get out of your own way.
