Last night at #ThePorch the vibes were all Valentines-y and stuff. Every girl walked out of there with a rose in hand. I mean yeah, it seems a little extreme to have 2,000 roses just laying around, but good thing we planned ahead. We were passing out roses like they were candy for a reason, which was to remind people (you) of something. Although the roses looked beautiful, they were quickly dying because they were cut off from their life source. In John 15, Jesus talks about staying connected to the vine (which is an illustrative way of saying to keep in constant contact with God through prayer and His Word) read it! After all that, there was a #PorchLateNight cupid shuffle edition, where we may have unknowingly beat some kind of record for largest-group-of-young-adults-doing-the-cupid-shuffle …We’ll look into that.
