Meet today's Firstie Friday, C1C Karen Kosinski, a "military brat" who has lived all over the globe but calls Washington, D.C., home! 🌎 Karen is majoring in Foreign Area Studies and Political Science with a minor in Japanese. 🇯🇵 She is heading to grad school at Harvard to earn a master's in Public Policy before attending pilot training. She chose to attend #usafa because she wanted to commit to bettering herself and the world around her and serve a greater purpose. Her favorite memory while here was going on semester exchange at usouthflorida with AFROTC Detachment 158 and traveling to Wakayama, Japan, through the Cadet Summer Immersion Language Program. Her advice to cadets? "There are so many incredible opportunities to travel, learn about the world, and explore different passions while you're here.
