I actually timed out my movements to make this Cher inspired reel. Almost all of my costumes are inspired by Bob Mackie designs. I love what he did for Cher. She would have these quick moments of huge or outrageous overcoats or dresses only to be removed to reveal the real deal underneath. Each time the over piece was removed, the world was captivated by her slim, statuesque frame and next to nothing strategically placed looks. This costume weighs in at a whopping 12 pounds. I created this “medieval caftan” moment without a pattern. Sometimes I dream of designs and just cannot help but have them come to life. Before anyone else calls me Fiona from Shrek…let’s be clear that even if it was…and it wasn’t…y’all could never and redheads look fabulous in green. It’s always poison ivy or this or that. Green👏is👏the👏 complimentary👏color👏to👏red. Extensive knowledge of the color wheel is a huge part of my life. So sure Fiona from Shrek if you dare…or a smoking hot redhead working her best...
