My love of vintage started at an extremely early age. Flea markets and landfills are my kind of places. I was always taught not to waste things, to work hard, and to appreciate the simple things in life. I am a big believer in the fact that purchasing second hand; be it vintage or modern, is a great way to be less wasteful in an instantly gratifying/disposable universe such as ours. My love of vintage randomness includes buttons and parts from mourning attire in the 1800's to glass milk bottles with propaganda. My personal day to day clothing ranges from the 1920's to the mid 1960's. I mostly wear 1940's.
