Reverse Sprint Triathalon tomorrow raceonthebase One non-negotiable I have when it comes to races and competitions is: take a minimum of two days off before the event. During these two days my main focus is recovery. I make sure my body feels good to go to perform my best when it’s go time. All the work done up to this point will dictate my performance. Nothing left to be done but to clean up any sticky joints and sore muscles; make sure I am eating for performance: and mentally visualizing the day so I can be ready for any occurrence.
