#AltitudeIsReal 🏔️ Last week, @nico__young__ ran 3:57.33 at nearly 7,000ft of altitude on @nautrackfieldxc’s track in Flagstaff, which converted to a 3:48.71 mile. @colinsahlman ran 4:03.21 in that race, which converted to a 3:54.38 and then he managed to run 3:53.17 in Boston yesterday.
