With all this adversity on your journey the best way to build resiliency is to:
✅Stop and take a moment to breathe to access your next move forward.
✅Acknowledge the movement that caused the adversity and conquer it WHEN you are ready physically and mentally.
✅Find a team who genuinely wants you to win and will be there to encourage you when you are down.
✅Lastly, always remember to believe in yourself and keep pushing forward time and time again.
