With the province opening up, we would like to offer a healthy dose of exercise prescription for Student-Athletes.

TeamTHI will be prescribing a 10-week exercise program designed for student-athletes so they can compete to their fullest potential in whatever sport they love.

This prescription of exercise will include:
🎯strength training
💪🏿upper body power
🦵🏽lower body power
🎯core training
🎯endurance training
🎯speed training

In addition to training we will include exercise prescription to improve movement such as:
☑ mobility training
☑prehab training
Both above prescriptions are designed to improve joint control and reduce injury.
