ON POINT: THI thehealthinstitute #TBT turn to #Fridayflashback. . Throwback/Flashback to a few weeks ago SIIB Girl and I were sitting reading and people watching at the TORONTO sign at City Hall. I was sitting in the 2nd O and SIIB Girl sitting in the N (naturally). . There were 2 young women sitting and conversating at the 1st O. I truly wasn't eavesdropping on their convo but my ears/clinicansense starts tingling when I hear certain statements such as ✅"my back hurts" ✅"my neck is stiff and tight " ✅ "I need to start moving my body more" ✅"I get headaches often" . In this case, one of the young ladies said she had back pain and wanted to see a chiropractor. Both SIIB Girl and I looked at each other immediately (it was really cute). . Then the other young lady said, 🔊"I heard about a chiropractic office out in Scarborough, black owned business". AGAIN, SIIB Girl looked at each other and smiled 😃😊🙂😀😄😁😃.
