TBA's Elite Camp is a week-long intensive day camp, for players wanting to taste that next level experience. This clinic will expose all athletes to cutting edge training techniques in plyometric, core strength/stability exercises, and Nike SPARQ. Special attention will be paid to in-game situations designed to strengthen your individual skill sets to build better on-court awareness and Basketball IQ.
