The NSC PLATINUM circuit would like to welcome HALIFAX PREP (HP) which is the first and only Prep basketball Program in Halifax, Nova Scotia.  The province of Nova Scotia has become a real hot-bed for Canadian basketball talent with the recent success and gold medal performances at Canadian National Championships. With the inclusion of Nova Scotia it now makes (4) provinces represented in our National platform with more to come. HP is led by program Founder Ming Folahan, former D1 player  at Wagner College located in Staten Island, N.Y. and also played in the NBL.
