Last week, flutist Nicole Mitchell (blackearthmuse) and clarinetist Angel Bat Dawid (angeltheoracle) shared a double bill as part of our #AfrofuturismFestival. ⁠ ⁠ Mitchell and her Black Earth Ensemble performed “Xenogenesis Suite,” inspired by renowned Afrofuturist author Octavia E.
