Did you know
#CarnegieHall was once home to a cinema? The Carnegie Hall Cinema opened in 1961 with a screening of Luchino Visconti’s “White Nights” and was primarily an art-film house until 1986, when the lease was taken over by Cineplex Odeon. It closed in 1997 when plans for
#ZankelHall were first put in motion.
