Frank Sinatra first performed at Carnegie Hall in 1944 and went on to perform at here seventy times in the next 45 years. Throughout the 1970s and 1980s, Sinatra regularly settled in at the Hall for a week or more at a time. Tickets were usually gone as soon as they went on sale!
