Composer timoandres (right) takes a bow with #EnsembleACJW after playing his Piano Quintet in #WeillRecitalHall on 10/19. Also on the program was #Schumann’s “Märchenerzählungen,” Op. 132 and #Brahms's Quintet for Clarinet and Strings in B Minor, Op. 115. Ensemble ACJW is a two-year fellowship program for the finest young professional classical musicians in the United States created in 2007 by Carnegie Hall’s Executive and Artistic Director Clive Gillinson and The JuilliardSchool’s President Joseph W. Polisi. The program prepares them for careers combining musical excellence with teaching, community engagement, advocacy, entrepreneurship, and leadership. It offers them top-quality performance opportunities, intensive professional development, and the opportunity to partner throughout the fellowship with a New York City public school. #carnegiehall #ACJW 📷: Stefan Cohen
