Lately I’ve been struggling. Struggling to find creativity in places & moments I’ve captured 1,000 times before has made me question my ability as a photographer. Reminding myself the beauty is in the journey has really helped. Realizing I’ll never get that “perfect” shot or capture something truly amazing every time I snap an image is something I’ve tried to accept more and more recently. Oftentimes when I look at a photo, I remember more about the people I was with versus the lighting, background, or layout of the image. Photography has taught me so many valuable lessons, but none more important than to cherish the people around you because they are what truly matter 🖤
