The streak continues! When I first joined the @nba’s publications’ team back in 1999, I was assigned a new feature called “24 Seconds” for the league’s official magazine, NBA #InsideStuff. The Q&A format consisted of 24 questions, some basketball related, but mostly off-the-court, personality questions. At some point in the mid-late 2000s, Inside Stuff was cancelled, but the department was traded to the #NBA’s other magazine, #HOOP, and the interviews continued. In the 19 years since, I’ve asked Commissioner Stern about hand sanitizer, @stephencurry30 about eating baby food, and @kennysmith about the Price is Right. I’ve quizzed @realgranthill, @easymoneysniper, @kyle_lowry7, Commissioner @adamsilvernba Silver and a hundred or so more.
