New suit, same Moon 🧑‍🚀⁣ ⁣ When future NASA Astronauts take moonwalks near the lunar South Pole on #Artemis III, they’ll wear a spacesuit based on this prototype from Axiom Space.⁣ ⁣ The spacesuit, called the Axiom Extravehicular Mobility Unit, or AxEMU will feature enhanced mobility, the latest technologies, and added protections that will help keep the astronauts, including the first woman to walk on the lunar surface, safe.
