Wax on, wax off ⁣ 🌘 ⁣ Astronauts aboard the International Space Station (ISS) captured this image of a waxing crescent Moon and a sunrise in September 2022. ⁣ ⁣ Astronauts aboard the ISS have a unique perspective of the Earth and Moon. The orbiting laboratory orbits the Earth every 90 minutes, resulting in 16 sunrises and sunsets a day.
