An ant’s eye view 🐜 Pictured here before the Artemis logo was recently added, the crawler transporter-2 (CT-2) will carry NASA's Space Launch System rocket and NASA’s Orion spacecraft to Launch Pad 39B for the #Artemis I mission. This massive vehicle is the size of a baseball infield and weighs ~6.6 million pounds (approx. 2.9 mil kg) or the weight of about 15 Statues of Liberty. The crawler’s top speed is one mile per hour (~1.6 kph) loaded and two miles per hour (~3.2 kph) unloaded.
