🎧📹 Exploration Ground Systems at nasakennedy in Florida have accomplished great things in 2019 on the path to launch of Artemis I — the first flight of SLS and Orion to journey around the Moon. This is the only ground systems team that has the ability to integrate, launch, and recover the Orion spacecraft and the SLS rocket, so every milestone hit plays a vital role in returning astronauts to the lunar vicinity. From moving the mobile launcher out to launch pad 39B for testing and validation, to conducting launch countdown simulations in Firing Room 1, we are testing and WE ARE GOING!!
