The European Service Module (ESM) arrived at NASA's Kennedy Space Center this afternoon after a long journey across the Atlantic. The ESM, which provides propulsion and life support systems, will be mated with the NASA’s Orion Spacecraft and sent out for testing before being turned over to Exploration Ground Systems (EGS) for integration with NASA's Space Launch System rocket in preparation for Exploration Mission-1.
