‪NASA Orion‬'s solar array wing deployed successfully during testing recently at ‪‎NASA Glenn. ‪#NASA‬, ‪#ESA‬(EuropeanSpaceAgency and ‪@‎Airbus‬ are testing the solar array wing to make sure it unfurls properly before Exploration Mission-1 (EM-1) scheduled for 2018. EM-1 is an uncrewed test flight of an integrated Orion spacecraft and Space Launch System rocket that will launch from NASAKennedy to help prepare for future human exploration and science missions into deep space, including Mars.
