Thanks to mlb and rockies, one Denver HS will get to continue to experience the joy of baseball. Two years ago, the jfk_commanders field was in such disarray, it was shut down. They are the 2021 recipient of the All-Star Legacy Initiative which will enable the school to upgrade their fields this year. Kennedy proudly serves over 1,000 students -with 92% minority students and 45% multilingual learners. For the first time in 10 years, the school is able to support a three-level baseball program and now the field renovations can help continue the upward trend. We’re honored to donate Scotts products to help the refurbishment - since we all know the greatest games are played on grass.
