On the left: 2 Years ago & almost 30lbs heavier. I didn't like how I looked, I was out of breath and getting around was getting harder. I was sick of looking in the mirror and seeing someone I didn't recognize. I got a trainer, and spoke several to dieticians... So many diet ideas, and I tried them all but I am not the average person and I knew I was going to have to figure this out on my own. Last year during a pandemic I started training 7 days a week by myself at home, eating clean(er), setting my calorie limit to 1200 and intermittent fasting.

On the right: 2 weeks ago - Down 20%+ of my weight... TWENTY PERCENT!!! I have a jawline now... I haven't had a jawline like that since I was a kid! Feeling better than ever, and more energy than ever!
