Aside from being diligent with natural anti-inflammatories and staying up on my supplement routine. I like to use hyperbaric chamber, red light therapy and cryotherapy here at aretenashville

Hyperbaric chamber: breathing oxygen in a pressurized environment is said to promote healing on multiple levels. Red light therapy: said to increase mitochondrial function. Cryotherapy: putting the body in a stressful state(cold) is said to produce physiological hormonal responses.
