Partner medball slams: Get a ball and a partner who is game. Ideally they are faster and stronger than you with more stamina. Make it fast, make it violent and make it unpredictable. First one to drop or fumble the ball owes the other 20 pushups while the winner of the round gets to rest. Get right back into it.

Obviously the reps are up to the ebb and flow of the game...the round is over when someone fumbles. Get creative with how many sets you do. It’s up to you.
