These three movements are designed to be done in succession with no breaks between the 3 movements.

Engage the core and slam that ball through the ground trying to catch it as it comes back and use the upward momentum right into your up swing then back down. Make this as fluid as possible for maximum power generation on the way down.

On the tosses, the idea is to build core power on the toss and engage the body as you brace for impact and catch the ball. This is the hardest part of the movement. This was my third set and set 1 and 2 weren’t as pretty. Show yourself some grace, but get after it.

Broad jumps are pretty straight forward. Jump immediately after you land. Solid base as your feet hit the ground.
