#workoutoftheday - throwback to working core rotary stability with brandon_pfs after my last fight. - This was a few days after I got out of the cage so I was dealing with a few bumps I had to work around - so some core stability was just what the doctor ordered. - Start in plank position on the elbows. Engage the core as you lift one arm and make a large circle locking in the scapula.
