- throwback to working core rotary stability with brandon_pfs after my last fight. - This was a few days after I got out of the cage so I was dealing with a few bumps I had to work around - so some core stability was just what the doctor ordered. - Start in plank position on the elbows. Engage the core as you lift one arm and make a large circle locking in the scapula. Put your arm behind your back and try to keep your toes pointed toward the floor as much as possible. - Make it slow and controlled and make it burn. - This is great for a warmup or a finisher after a hard dynamic workout. - —5 each side— —3 sets— —1 min rest— - See you at the top! . . .
