#workoutoftheday - I get asked all the time how to increase cardio and endurance. - There are a lot of specific ways, but this is one of them. - LONG SETS...as you can see from this video, this was about 2 minutes of constant work. Yes I slowed down as it progressed. Yes maybe my technique faltered. But, most assuredly, YES, it was a long set in which I had to dig deep mentally and physically. - If you want to simulate the conditioning of a fight, make your sets longer at times. - WORKOUT •dumbbell sled pull bear crawl x 10 yards •dumbbell complex —bent over row x 5 —dumbbell press x 5 —dumbbell cleans x 5 —dumbbell squats x 5 —1 min rest— —4 total sets— - Focus on gripping those dumbbells and squeeze the core for extra core and grip work. Keep moving forward in the face of pain and fatigue.
